About the house...
The family timber framed bungalow was first built in 1920. It was rebuilt several times and eventually fully rebuilt and extended in 2000. Located on a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, it is sheltered from westerly wind and offers stunning views on the ocean, the bay and the islands... Ideally located, 5 minutes from the main pier and five minutes from island's pubs..
2 floors, 6 bedrooms, for 12 people.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people; 1 ensuite master bedroom, 3 double bedrooms on the upper floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 room with two bunk beds on the lower floor. Rooms are named after the view they offer: Bay View, Hill View, Garden View, Abbey View, Pirate and Ocean View.
There is one main bathroom (bathtub, double sink and toilet) and a toilet on the upper floor and 1 bathroom with a shower on the lower floor.

Laundry room with washing machine and one extra fridge.

Sit on the benches on the outside new deck to enjoy the stunning view, or sit at the outside dining table that can also accommodate 12 people.
